This beautifully illustrated book, with an introduction by the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum, was published for the 1995 Egypt Well Evaluation Conference. Its first chapter traces the development of Egypt's petroleum industry. The remainder of the book updates the geology of major producing basins: Gulf of Suez, Western Desert, and the Nile Delta.
